From cozy fall chai, to festive holiday favourites and quenching berry blends... Our fundraising collection features only Three 6 Tea’s proven best-sellers. We also feature a wide range of tea preparation tools, travel mugs, flavoured hot chocolate and offer the fun family Bubble Tea Toolbox to bring restaurant quality bubble tea right to your kitchen.

  • We want your fundraiser to succeed and we offer a free incentive to your participants:

    • A FREE Sampler for every $50 spent per customer.  We thoughtfully include an additional 4-6 cup pouch of tea, a new variety that will compliment the selections of each purchaser based on the flavour profiles they have already selected.  Orders over $100 will receive TWO different selections and we continue to add a new sampler for every $50 spent!

  • We are proud to offer your organization a profit of 35% on every product sold.  Gift cards will return a profit of 10%.

    HOW WE PROCESS

    Easy...

    • Your fundraiser is completed entirely online at www.teafundraising.com.
    • We will provide your organization with an instructional PDF to either print, post, or forward to your families. At your request, we are happy to provide paper copies of our instructional PDF for your participants to take home. 
    • Your organization will choose a specific access code which will allow your participants to enter the fundraising shop. We encourage your members to share their access code with friends and family.
    • We track and fill all the orders. We will deal with the purchaser directly in the event of any questions.
    • At the conclusion of the fundraiser, we will provide an e-transfer or cheque (your choice) for your fundraising amount. We will provide a detailed report of all purchases and items sold on behalf of your organization.
    • Orders will be delivered (or shipped across Canada) to your organization within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the fundraiser.
    • Orders within Winnipeg, Selkirk and surrounding areas are eligible for pick-up at our Three 6 Tea storefront.
    • All orders will be packed in sealed bags & labelled with each student’s name and class (or any other relevant information specific to your organization).  Orders from friends and family will be labeled & designated under the appropriate student’s names.  All orders will include packing slips.
