How It Works…

All orders are processed on our dedicated fundraising website, www.teafundraising.com.
- Your organization is provided with a custom instructional PDF to print, post or forward to your families/members. This PDF contains your organization’s unique access code.
- The purchaser will be prompted to enter the access code to start shopping. We encourage this access code to be shared with friends and family.
- At the checkout, the purchaser has the ability to enter the name of a student/member and grade/team.
- Orders are shipped to the organization within one week of the closure of the fundraiser. There is no shipping cost to either the purchaser or the organization.
- Individual orders are sent in sealed pouches with the name of the purchaser. When applicable, orders will also include the name of the student/child/athlete and their grade/team or any other relevant information for distribution on your end.
- Your participants will also have the option of selecting “Shipping to Your Home” for a $10 flat shipping fee. This is a helpful feature for organizations who do not have a centralized location for distribution or to allow friends and families in other provinces to participate. These orders will ship directly to the purchaser’s home via Canada Post.
- As an incentive to help boost your sales, we offer a free Gift with Purchase for every $50 spent on individual orders. We include a 3-5 cup Favourites Sampler , and thoughtfully include selections we feel the purchaser will enjoy, based on their selections. Orders over $100 will include two unique samplers, etc.
Along with your orders, we send a detailed fundraising report along with a cheque for your earnings (or an e-transfer if you prefer). Your organization earns 35% on all consumable products – teas, matcha, hot chocolates and bubble tea kits. Your organization earns 20% on all tea accessories and gift cards. The vast majority of sales are consumables.

Frequently asked Questions...
Can the sales for an individual student/member be tracked?
A: Yes, we can provide you with a report of the number of orders and earnings for an individual student. This is particularly helpful for band accounts and fundraising towards school trips. Upon booking, please let us know that you require totals for individual students/athletes or members.
What if the purchaser doesn’t include the necessary information for sorting at the checkout?
A: If anything is left blank or uncertain, we email the purchaser directly. We ensure that you receive a package with all the necessary information for easy sorting on your end.
What information do you need from me to get started?
A: To book a fundraiser we would need to email the following information:
- Full organizational name
- Shipping address
- Acronym or meaningful word for your organization’s access code
- Fundraising dates (we recommend a 2-3 week selling period)
- What information would you like us to track? For example, Student/Athlete/Member, Grade & Class/Team. Would you like us to provide an additional report to track sales for individual students/members?
How quickly can you get a fundraiser set up?
A: We prefer at least two weeks notice, but we can have a fundraiser up and running within a few days if circumstances require.
What methods of payment are available online?
A: Your participants will have the option of paying with credit card, interact debit, paypal and e-transfer.
Do you have paper order forms?
A: No, our fundraiser is fully digital and 100% online. We pack orders as they come to ensure optimal inventory control and a fast turnaround time at the conclusion of the fundraiser.
Do you offer child-friendly selections?
A: In addition to our fun hot chocolate mixes and bubble tea kits, we have several sugar-free fruit tisanes. These naturally caffeine-free blends are an excellent alternative to sweetened fruit juices, as they are fantastic iced teas and the parent controls the sweetness.
I know you are a small business, how experienced are you in running fundraisers?
A: Since 2020, we have run countless fundraisers across Canada, from BC. to Halifax and including the Yukon! We have run fundraisers for schools, sports teams, dance studios, daycares and nonprofit organizations. We pride ourselves on efficiency and exceptional customer service!
How do I make my fundraiser a sucess?
A: Promote, promote, promote! It is all in the promotion. If your organization has social media, make sure to post it on there, add it to your website and share the handout with friends and family. We find the most successful fundraisers are the ones that are most vocal. Send out emails at the beginning, middle and as a "last chance" reminder the day or two before it ends. Fundraisers tend to do well with a defined goal. If your school or organization is raising funds for a specific purpose, such as a trip, playground equipment or new uniforms, people want to be involved in helping to achieve goals!
